Contact Us
Top Online Casinos is an independent research and comparison site covering online casinos available to US players. We don't run games, hold player funds or manage accounts, so before you reach out it helps to know what we can and can't help with — and where to go instead if your question sits outside that.
What we can help with
Our team publishes and maintains reviews of licensed online casinos, tracks bonus offers and their terms, and keeps our comparison pages up to date as operators change their promotions or products. If your message falls into one of these areas, it lands in the right inbox:
- Corrections to something on a review or comparison page — an outdated bonus figure, a changed offer, or a licence detail that no longer looks right
- Questions about how we researched or rated a particular operator, including why one casino ranks above another
- Suggestions for casinos, features or topics you'd like to see covered
- General feedback on the site, its content, or how it could be more useful to you
- Press, partnership or advertising enquiries
What we can't help with
Because Top Online Casinos isn't a casino operator, payment processor or regulator, some requests need to go elsewhere no matter how carefully we word a reply. We can't access, action or resolve any of the following on your behalf:
- Account issues — logins, password resets, verification (KYC) problems, or a frozen or closed account. These sit entirely with the casino's own support team, reachable through the operator's website or app.
- Deposits and withdrawals — if a withdrawal is delayed, a deposit hasn't shown up, or a payment method has been declined, contact the casino directly. They're the only party who can see your account and transaction history.
- Bonus disputes — questions about wagering requirements, expired offers or restricted games are ultimately decided by the terms attached to that specific promotion, set and enforced by the operator, not by us.
- Complaints against a licensed operator — these normally go through the casino's internal complaints process first, and from there to the regulator that issued its licence.
Reporting something that looks wrong or unlicensed
If you've come across a casino site, offer or piece of information that seems misleading, or an operator that appears to be trading without a valid licence, tell us. We rely on reader reports as one of several checks that keep our listings accurate, alongside our own ongoing research. Include the casino's name, the page or offer in question, and as much detail as you can — screenshots help, but aren't required.
Questions about your own gambling
If you're getting in touch because gambling has started to feel like it's costing more than you can afford, in money, time or wellbeing, that's worth acting on sooner rather than later. Our Responsible Gambling page lists deposit and time limits, self-exclusion programmes and national support organisations you can contact directly and confidentially. Most licensed US operators also offer these tools within your account settings, and support services exist independently of any casino.
Before you write in
A lot of common questions are already answered elsewhere on the site, which can save you a wait for a reply:

What to include in your message
To help us reply properly the first time, it's useful to give us:
- The specific page or casino your message relates to, with a link if you have one
- A clear description of the issue, correction or question
- Any relevant screenshots or dates, particularly for corrections
- Whether you're expecting a reply, or just flagging something for our records
We read every message that comes in, though as an independent site staffed by a small editorial team, replies to individual queries about a specific casino account are limited — those genuinely need to go to the operator or regulator involved. For everything about how we cover, compare and rate online casinos, we're glad to hear from you.
